Job Title: Systems Analyst Lead

About the Role:

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Systems Analyst Lead to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for leading complex software development projects, collaborating with business stakeholders to develop software specifications, and mentoring junior staff. You'll also be responsible for managing and overseeing junior staff in the production of deliverables, executing the design, development, and implementation phases of the software development life-cycle, and participating on application development and support teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead complex software development projects and collaborate with business stakeholders to develop software specifications
  • Mentor and direct junior staff in the production of deliverables
  • Manage and oversee junior staff in the production of deliverables
  • Execute the design, development, and implementation phases of the software development life-cycle
  • Participate on application development and support teams
Requirements:
  • 10 years of experience in systems analysis, design, and development
  • Bachelor's degree in Information/Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, Mathematics, Information Systems, or equivalent discipline
  • Expert knowledge of business software applications and hardware technologies
  • Ability to stay current with IT industry trends and emerging technologies
