Job Title: Senior Systems Analyst

As a Senior Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for leading complex software development projects, collaborating with business stakeholders to develop software specifications, and mentoring junior staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead complex software development projects, including design, development, and implementation phases.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to develop software specifications, including business requirements and technical design documents.
  • Mentor junior staff, including Associate Systems Analysts, Systems Analysts, and Senior Systems Analysts.
  • Participate in the selection and implementation of software packages, including in-depth configuration and integration.
  • Support the request and analysis phases of the software development life cycle (SDLC) by producing required documentation and estimates.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information/Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, Mathematics, Information Systems, or equivalent discipline.
  • 10 years of experience in systems analysis, design, and development.
  • Expert knowledge of business software applications and hardware technologies.
  • Stays current with IT industry trends and emerging technologies.
