Job Title: Senior Systems Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Systems Analyst to join our team at TECO Energy Inc. This is a challenging role that requires a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead complex software development projects, serving as a subject matter expert in multiple business areas.
  • Collaborate with Business Systems Analysts and/or Business Partners to develop software specifications.
  • Manage and oversee junior staff in the production of deliverables, ensuring timely and high-quality results.
  • Participate in Application Development and Support teams, as well as project teams under the direction of their manager or project managers.
Requirements:
  • 10 years of experience in systems analysis, design, and development.
  • Expert knowledge of business software applications and hardware technologies.
  • Ability to stay current with IT industry trends and emerging technologies.
  • Strong project management skills, with experience in developing project plans for small and large projects.
