Job Title: Senior Systems Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Systems Analyst to join our team at TECO Energy Inc. This is a challenging role that requires a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead complex software development projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead complex software development projects, collaborating with Business Systems Analysts and/or Business Partners to develop software specifications.
  • Manage and oversee junior staff in the production of deliverables, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Participate in the selection and implementation of software packages, requiring in-depth configuration and integration.
  • Support the request and analysis phases of the Software Development Life-Cycle (SDLC) by producing required documentation and estimates.
Requirements:
  • 10 years of experience in systems analysis, design, and development.
  • Expert knowledge of business software applications and hardware technologies.
  • Ability to stay current with IT industry trends and emerging technologies.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
