Job Title: Senior Systems Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Systems Analyst to join our team at TECO Energy Inc. This is a key role that requires a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead complex software development projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead complex software development projects, collaborating with Business Systems Analysts and/or Business Partners to develop software specifications.
  • Develop and implement software packages, integrating applications and providing 24x7 application support.
  • Mentor and direct junior staff, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Collaborate with the Application Development and Support team to develop and implement software solutions.
Requirements:
  • 10 years of experience in systems analysis, design, and development.
  • Expert knowledge of business software applications and hardware technologies.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information/Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, Mathematics, Information Systems or equivalent discipline.
