We're seeking a seasoned Front Desk Operations Coordinator to join our dynamic team at Germain Hotels. In this role, you'll be instrumental in ensuring seamless coordination of all hotel operations, including reception, reservations, night auditing, and concierge services. Your exceptional communication skills and ability to think on your feet will help you build strong relationships with guests and colleagues alike.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate front desk operations to ensure exceptional guest experience.
  • Support the development and implementation of hotel staffing, financial, and material resources.
  • Coach and develop the performance of service teams to drive success.
  • Maintain excellent relations with guests, employees, and external partners.

What You'll Bring:

  • 2-5 years of experience in hospitality, preferably in front desk management.
  • Fluent in English, with another language an asset.
  • Excellent problem-solving, time management, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently and professionally in a fast-paced environment.
