Front Desk Coordinator

We are seeking a professional and organized Front Desk Coordinator to join our dynamic team at AI Tax Consultants Inc. in Ottawa, Canada. As the first point of contact, you will be responsible for managing front-desk operations and supporting administrative tasks, ensuring seamless daily operations in our office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients and visitors with a warm, professional attitude, and assist with their inquiries.
- Answer and direct calls and emails efficiently, providing accurate information about our services.
- Manage appointment calendars and conference room bookings to ensure smooth scheduling.
- Handle data entry, mail distribution, and document management, maintaining a tidy and organized reception area.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 1-2 years as a receptionist or in a similar role, preferably within the financial or consulting sectors.
- Languages: Proficiency in both English and French; additional language skills are an asset.
- Skills: Strong organizational abilities, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Personal Qualities: Friendly, professional, and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
