Job Title: Front Desk Clerk

Job Summary: Domus Building Cleaning Company Ltd. is seeking a skilled Front Desk Clerk to support the smooth operation of our office in Ottawa, Ontario.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory
  • Perform clerical duties, including filing and record-keeping
  • Respond to telephone calls and greet visitors
  • Assist with accounting tasks, such as processing vouchers and entering invoices
  • Manage inventory control of uniforms and warehouse supplies

Requirements:

  • Reliability Security Clearance eligibility
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Attention to detail and high accuracy
  • Integrity, confidentiality, and accountability
  • Strong work ethic and positive team attitude
  • Bilingualism (English & French)

Working Conditions: This role requires work onsite at the company Head Office in Ottawa, Ontario, Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm Eastern Time.
