Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and Direct Clients: Welcome clients and direct them to the appropriate contact or service area.
  • Provide Information: Offer basic information to clients and the public, ensuring accurate and timely responses.
  • Record and Relay Information: Accurately record and relay information to clients and internal teams.
  • Schedule and Confirm Appointments: Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring seamless communication with clients and staff.
  • Perform Clerical Duties: Perform various clerical tasks, including filing, sorting, and distributing mail.
  • Answer Telephone Calls: Answer telephone calls and relay messages to the appropriate team members.

Requirements:

  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Setting: Private sector, urban area.
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in electronic mail, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
  • Transportation/Travel Information: Public transportation is available.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, repetitive tasks, attention to detail, and sitting.
  • Personal Suitability: Efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, and organized.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
