Job Overview

As a Guest Services Agent with Silver Hotel Group, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their experience is memorable and enjoyable.

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per yearResponsibilities

We are seeking a highly motivated individual who can effectively handle front desk operations, including:

  • Maintaining a warm and friendly demeanor at all times with guests and team members;
  • Complying with all company standards and brand standards;
  • Interacting with all guests during check-in and check-out procedures;
  • Creating and canceling reservations as required, handling check-ins and check-outs;
  • Greeting all incoming and outgoing calls in a professional and timely manner;

You will be responsible for reviewing the logbook daily, completing all tasks on the checklist, and maintaining proper operation of Front Desk telephones. Additionally, you will balance and prepare individual paperwork for closing of shift, work closely with hotel departments, and handle guest registration and room assignments.

Key Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Customer service experience, preferably in a hotel front desk position;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Computer literacy in Word and Excel, with experience with FOSSE PMS being an asset;
  • Results-oriented with the ability to be flexible and work well in a busy environment;
  • A self-motivated individual with problem-solving skills and the ability to complete projects in a timely manner with minimal supervision;
  • A professional appearance and availability to work days, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays as required;
