Wine Bar Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Wine Bar Operations Manager to join our team at 7 Enoteca. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our wine bar, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Staff Management: Lead and motivate a team of staff to provide exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
- Inventory Management: Oversee the management of wine inventory, including ordering, storage, and rotation.
- Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive exceptional service, including wine recommendations and pairing suggestions.
- Sales Growth: Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, including promotions, events, and marketing initiatives.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that the wine bar operates in a safe and healthy environment, complying with all relevant regulations and standards.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Strong knowledge of wine and wine service, with the ability to provide expert recommendations and pairing suggestions.
