Wine Bar Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bar Manager to join our team at 7 Enoteca. As a Bar Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our wine bar, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our staff are well-trained and motivated.
Key Responsibilities- Staff Management: Monitor staff performance, set schedules, and provide training to ensure that our team is equipped to deliver outstanding service.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring that we have the right products on hand to meet customer demand.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Wine Knowledge: Advise customers on wine selection and serve wine with confidence.
- Operations: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure that our wine bar runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Language: English
- Work Term: Permanent
- Hours: 40 hours per week
