Job Title: Wine Bar Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Wine Bar Manager to join our team at 7 Enoteca. As a Wine Bar Manager, you will be responsible for leading our wine bar team and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and an unforgettable experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor staff performance and provide coaching and feedback to ensure high-quality service.
  • Set staff work schedules and manage inventory to ensure efficient operations.
  • Train staff on wine knowledge, service standards, and customer service skills.
  • Organize and maintain inventory, including wine, spirits, and beer.
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed and maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Lead and instruct individuals to achieve exceptional customer service and sales results.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that customers have an unforgettable experience.
  • Advise customers on wine selection and serve wine with confidence and knowledge.
  • Perform sensory evaluation of wines to ensure quality and consistency.
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
Requirements:
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a wine bar or restaurant management role.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of wine, spirits, and beer.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluency in English.
