Key Responsibilities- Staff Management
- Monitor and evaluate staff performance to ensure high standards are met.
- Set and manage staff work schedules to ensure adequate coverage.
- Train and develop staff to improve their skills and knowledge.
- Inventory Management
- Organize and maintain inventory of wines and other beverages.
- Ensure that inventory levels are adequate to meet customer demand.
- Customer Service
- Provide exceptional customer service, including advising on wine selection and serving wine.
- Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Operations Management
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Experience
- 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of wine and beverages.
