Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Management: Monitor staff performance, set work schedules, and provide training to ensure that our team is equipped to deliver excellent service.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring that we have the right products in stock to meet customer demand.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Wine Knowledge: Advise customers on wine selection and serve wine with confidence, ensuring that our customers have a memorable experience.
  • Operations: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, ensuring that our wine bar runs smoothly and efficiently.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Term: Permanent.
  • Hours: 40 hours per week.
