- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
- 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a wine bar or restaurant management role.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Knowledge of wine, spirits, and beer.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in English.
