Key Responsibilities:

  • Health and Safety: Ensure that the wine bar is maintained in a clean and safe environment, complying with all relevant health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.

  • Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff.
  • Knowledge: Strong knowledge of wine, including wine styles, regions, and pairing suggestions.
