Savers is a leading thrift store operator with a mission to champion reuse and inspire a future where secondhand is second nature.
We supply our stores with gently-used, one-of-a-kind items that have been donated by the community to local nonprofit organizations.
We purchase these items directly from our nonprofit partners, redirecting billions of pounds of used items away from landfills and on to our store racks and shelves for reuse.
This business model allows us to provide our partners with valuable funding for their community-based programs and services.

Job Summary
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for creating an awesome experience for our customers, donors, and other team members.
You will work in a fast-paced retail environment, providing excellent customer service, processing transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized store.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Process transactions, handle cash, and operate a point-of-sale system.
- Maintain a clean and organized store, including receiving and processing donations, and restocking shelves.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store environment.
