Our Team

We are currently hiring Bilingual Customer Service Representatives to add to our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and support
  • Helping customers with their questions and complaints
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction and providing professional customer support
  • Negotiating payment terms and arrangements, where applicable
  • Updating customer files with appropriate information and ensuring information being placed in customer files follow regulatory, client specific, and corporate guidelines
  • Responding to customers on all inbound/outbound calls
