About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Operations Coordinator to join our team at HWY 401 Warden Pet Hospital PR. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, and establishing work priorities and ensuring procedures are followed and deadlines are met. You will also be required to carry out administrative activities, co-ordinate and plan for office services, assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls, and assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures
  • Delegate work to office support staff
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
  • Carry out administrative activities of establishment
  • Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services
  • Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • A secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
