At DTS Advance Logistics Inc., we are seeking an experienced Administrative Operations Coordinator to join our team. This is a permanent, full-time position with a competitive salary of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to provide administrative support to our operations team. As an Administrative Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for implementing new administrative procedures, reviewing and evaluating existing procedures, and delegating work to office support staff.

You will establish work priorities, ensure procedures are followed, and meet deadlines. You will also administer policies and procedures related to record release, coordinate office services, and assist in preparing the operating budget. Additionally, you will oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement new administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Review and evaluate existing administrative procedures to identify areas for improvement
  • Delegate work to office support staff to ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed to meet deadlines
  • Administer policies and procedures related to record release and access to information legislation
  • Coordinate and plan office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services
  • Assist in preparing the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures to ensure seamless day-to-day operations
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role
