Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administrative Operations Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events
- Planning and controlling budget and expenditures
- Supervising other workers and establishing policies and procedures
- Training and developing staff
- Recording minutes of meetings and preparing reports
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Attention to detail and multitasking skills
