We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Operations Coordinator to join our team at SAFETY FIRST SECURITY SERVICES INC.

About the Role

This is a permanent position working 30-40 hours per week with a salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.

The successful candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Delegate tasks to office support staff and establish work priorities to meet deadlines.
  • Carry out administrative activities such as maintaining inventory and budgetary controls, assembling data for reports, and training staff.
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, including human resources, facilities management, and supply chain logistics.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity with MS Office and other productivity software.
