The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, plus benefits including a dental plan and healthcare plan. This is a permanent position with 40 hours worked per week in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual to coordinate the activities of our HR department, ensuring they meet the organization's goals. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and oral, and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

The Administrative Operations Coordinator will be responsible for:

  • Directing and controlling daily operations
  • Evaluating daily operations
  • Establishing and implementing policies and procedures
  • Recording and preparing minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
  • Determining and establishing office procedures and routines
  • Scheduling and confirming appointments
  • Answering telephone calls and messages
  • Compiling data, statistics, and other information
  • Overseeing the preparation of reports
  • Ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Computer and Technology Knowledge

Proficiency in Google Docs, Workday, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, MS Word, Social Media, QuickBooks, and Google Drive is essential for this role.

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities

This role requires the ability to work independently, handle repetitive tasks, and work in a fast-paced environment.

Personal Suitability

The ideal candidate will possess excellent oral and written communication skills, flexibility, judgment, and a strong sense of accountability.

They will also have excellent client focus, time management, and due diligence skills.
