About the Role

CLEAResult is a leading provider of energy efficiency solutions, and we're seeking a highly skilled Senior HR Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our HR team, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our organization and driving business growth through strategic HR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives and drive organizational effectiveness.
  • Provide guidance on complex employee relations matters, including performance management, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
  • Lead talent development and succession planning initiatives to attract, develop, and retain top talent.
  • Partner with senior leadership to identify organizational needs and develop change management initiatives.
  • Ensure HR policies and practices are compliant with employment laws and regulations.
  • Foster a positive employee experience through the design and implementation of initiatives that enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and well-being.

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of experience in a strategic HR business partnership role.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to quickly understand business strategies and translate them into people strategies.
  • Ability to build trust and relationships across all levels of the business and leverage them to have crucial, accountable, and constructive conversations.
  • Experience with developing organizational structures, jobs, qualifications, compensation practices, and the administration related to those factors.

What We Offer

CLEAResult offers a competitive salary range of $125,000 - $145,000 CAD per annum, plus an annual bonus. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, life, AD&D, and long-term disability coverage, RRSP company match, paid vacation, sick and personal time, paid company holidays, paid volunteer time, employee referral bonus program, employee recognition program, employee assistance program, and access to training opportunities.
