As a Senior HR Business Partner, you'll play a key role in helping us achieve our goals. You'll work closely with our leadership team to develop and implement strategic HR initiatives that drive business results.

Key Responsibilities:

* Collaborate with senior leaders to identify and prioritize HR initiatives
* Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives
* Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters
* Analyze data to inform HR decisions and measure program effectiveness

What You'll Need:

* 5+ years of experience in HR, preferably in a business partner role
* Proven track record of developing and implementing successful HR initiatives
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
