Compensation Administrator Opportunity
David Aplin Recruiting is partnering with a leading organization in Mississauga, Ontario to hire an experienced Compensation Administrator for a 6-month contract.

This role offers the chance to work in a dynamic environment with a variety of responsibilities including compensation analysis and administration. As a key member of the HR team, you will be responsible for maintaining compliance with minimum wage legislation, performing grid implementation cost calculations, and providing support in annual total rewards cycles.

The ideal candidate will have over 2 years of experience in HR, specifically in compensation from a corporate company, with advanced MS Office skills including Excel. Working towards a CCP designation is considered an asset.

About the Role
- Assist in the administration of incentive compensation and annual salary administration programs
- Review wage and salary changes for adherence to HR guidelines
- Maintain compliance with minimum wage legislation and perform all grid implementation cost calculations
- Compile data for reporting and analysis in planning, developing, and implementing compensation strategies

Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Human Resources or Business Administration
- Over 2 years of experience in HR, mainly in compensation from a corporate company
- Advanced MS Office skills including Excel (Data Management, Statistical Analysis, and Pivot Tables)
- Working towards a CCP designation is considered an asset

Estimated Salary Range: $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, depending on experience.
