Additionally, the HR Manager will plan, develop, implement, and evaluate human resources policies and programs, review HR projects for compliance with laws and regulations, and train staff. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to advise managers and employees on human resources policies and procedures.
Responsibilities:- Assign projects to subordinates and staff relating to employment, compensation, labour relations and employee relations.
- Coordinate the activities of the HR department in order to ensure they meet the organization's goals.
- Evaluate daily operations.
- Plan and control budget and expenditures.
- Plan, develop, implement and evaluate human resources policies and programs.
- Review HR projects to assure compliance with laws and regulations.
- Train staff.
- Advise managers and employees on the interpretation of human resources policies, benefit programs and collective agreements.
- Establish and implement policies and procedures.
- Co-ordinate employee performance and appraisal programs.
- Oversee the analysis of employee data and information.
- Hire, train and supervise staff.
- Oversee payroll administration.
- Provide customer service.
- Conduct performance reviews.
The HR Manager will be responsible for supervising staff in various areas of responsibility. The successful candidate will have 1 to less than 7 months of experience, with a permanent position and 40 hours per week. The working language is English.
