About the Role

Lakeside Process Controls is a market leader in automation solutions, recognized for its exceptional people and commitment to integrity, teamwork, and collaboration. As a Human Resources Talent Sourcing Specialist, you will play a key role in driving our growth by leading full-cycle recruitment and ensuring targets are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Lakeside's full-cycle recruitment process, including job requirements, advertising, and candidate screening.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to update job descriptions and advertisements.
  • Post job openings on public job boards, such as Indeed and LinkedIn, and ensure timely updates on Lakeside's website.
  • Conduct first-round interviews for various positions and coordinate career fairs and information sessions.
  • Create and maintain procedure documents related to recruitment processes.
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives for recruitment and onboarding processes.
Onboarding Program
  • Lead the new hire onboarding process, acting as a primary point of contact on their first day.
  • Meet with new hires during their one-month follow-up to discuss their integration into Lakeside.
  • Coordinate 'Onboarding Week,' providing an overview of Lakeside's industry, structure, and operations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • University degree in Human Resources or equivalent.
  • One to three years' experience in HR administrative support.
  • Proficient in MS Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio, and PDF Exchange.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
