We are looking for a highly skilled and organized Human Resources Development Specialist to join our team at IH casadecor. In this role, you will play a key part in the development and implementation of HR policies and programs that support the growth and success of our organization.
Job DescriptionThis is a permanent full-time position working 32 hours per week. The ideal candidate will have a strong educational background with a college/CEGEP diploma and at least one year of experience in human resources. You will be responsible for advising managers and employees on HR policies, benefit programs, and collective agreements.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and best practices
- Conduct research and analyze data to inform decision-making and drive business results
- Collaborate with management, union officials, and HR consultants to achieve shared goals
To be successful in this role, you will need excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. You should be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering results and building relationships.
- Education: College/CEGEP diploma
- Experience: At least one year in human resources
