Human Resources Specialist for Alliance Trucking

This role is responsible for providing administrative support to the human resources team at Alliance Trucking.
About the Job:We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Human Resources Assistant. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing personnel information, processing documents, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:- Process and maintain accurate personnel records, including staff files and databases;
- Manage the storage and retrieval of personnel-related documents and data;
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and stakeholders by responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly;
- Coordinate in-house and external training programs for employees;
- Screen job applicants and administer employment tests;
- Conduct reference checks and prepare reports as required;
- Utilize MS Word and Excel to create reports, spreadsheets, and other documents;
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate;
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently with attention to detail;
- Flexibility and reliability in a fast-paced environment;
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively;
- Work Term: Permanent;
- Hours: 35-40 hours per week;
- Language: English;
The estimated salary range for this position is between $45,000 and $60,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
