Job Summary
Audi Midtown Toronto is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Concierge (Lot Attendant) to join our team. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a smooth and efficient service experience for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet all customers entering the service area with a friendly and professional attitude, answering their questions and directing them to the appropriate person or location.
- Control service traffic flow and parking, ensuring a safe and organized environment for our customers.
- Determine if customers have an appointment and record relevant information, including customer name, vehicle information, and existing damage.
- Assist the lot attendant with duties at the service counter and in the service drive, maintaining a clean and safe environment.
- Perform customer follow-up on repair orders, ensuring satisfaction and resolving any issues.
- Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to company standards.
Requirements
- Valid G or G2 Driver's License.
- Clean driving record.
- Ability to drive both manual and automatic transmission.
- Previous customer service experience.
- Keen attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
