Job Summary

We are seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead our multi-unit restaurant operations. The successful candidate will have experience in managing restaurant staff and operations, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of 2 to 4 restaurant locations
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of restaurant staff
  • Monitor and control labor costs, food costs, and waste
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company standards
  • Hire, train, and retain top talent
  • Manage inventory and maintain a clean and safe work environment
Requirements
  • 2+ years of restaurant management experience
  • Quick service restaurant experience preferred
  • College or university education preferred

  • Access to reliable transportation
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
