Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Earl of Whitchurch. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food and beverage offerings meet the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Management: Supervise a team of 3-4 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are meeting their job responsibilities.
- Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including inventory management, cost control, and health and safety regulations.
- Customer Service: Ensure that our customers receive exceptional service, responding to their complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Marketing and Sales: Participate in marketing plans and implementation, negotiating arrangements with suppliers and clients as needed.
- Education: Bachelor's degree
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role
- Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and customer service skills, ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
The Restaurant Manager will work in a fast-paced environment, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. The role requires the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Language:The language of work is English.
Work Schedule:The work schedule is 33 to 40 hours per week.
