Key Responsibilities:
  • Service Delivery: Ensure prompt and efficient service to all patrons, upholding the highest standards of hospitality and customer satisfaction.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of food and beverage products, ensuring accurate inventory levels and minimizing waste.
  • Staff Management: Supervise and mentor a team of 3-4 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet the necessary standards of service.
  • Cost Control: Analyze expenditure and implement cost-saving measures to optimize the profitability of our dining establishment.
