Restaurant Operations Manager

The Restaurant Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant. This includes determining the type of services to be offered and implementing operational procedures, conducting performance reviews, and ensuring health and safety regulations are followed.

To be successful in this role, you will have experience in a fast-paced environment and be able to work under pressure with tight deadlines. You will also have excellent organizational skills and be able to prioritize tasks effectively.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and at least one year of experience in a similar role. You will also have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate with suppliers and clients.

We are looking for a team player who is reliable, flexible, and able to work in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. The working hours are 33 to 40 hours per week and the work language is English.

This is a permanent position and we are looking for someone who is accurate, client-focused, and dependable.

Requirements:
