About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven Strategic Growth Specialist to join our dynamic team at Premier Financial Construction Software.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively engage with inbound and outbound leads to drive business growth.
  • Develop and execute strategies to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Foster strong relationships with customers through personalized communication and exceptional service.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions in our CRM system.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in B2B sales, telemarketing/phone prospecting, or business development in a high-tech or SaaS industry.
  • Fluent written and oral communication skills in English, with bilingualism (French and English) being an asset.
  • Ability to build rapport on the phone and in virtual meetings.
  • Familiarity with PC + Microsoft Suite.
  • Prior sales training is beneficial.
What We Offer
  • An estimated annual salary of $105,000 - $115,000 CAD.
