Strategic Account Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Success Director to join our team at Prealize Health. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing strategic account plans, and maintaining strong relationships with our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Drive Revenue Growth: Develop and execute account strategies to drive sales growth, manage executive partnerships, and convert sales targets.
- Establish Strong Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with customer contacts through regular cadence meetings and executive leadership business reviews.
- Address Client Concerns: Timely address client concerns and direct feedback to the appropriate departments.
- Develop Account Plans: Develop, lead, and execute client account plans to boost and retain revenue.
- Act as Escalation Point: Serve as an escalation point of contact for customers and direct feedback to the appropriate departments.
- Monitor Industry Trends: Stay up-to-date on relevant industry trends that impact our customers.
- Collaborate with Product: Work closely with the product team to present new products and services to assigned accounts.
- Prepare Presentations: Develop professional, complete, concise, and accurate presentations and documentation for client-facing and internal presentations.
- Identify Client Needs: Identify client needs and business objectives and develop solution strategies.
- Apply Expertise: Apply previous experience to product, service, or process decisions that impact multiple functions and/or customer accounts.
- Work with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with other departments to develop strategies that satisfy customer needs.
- Ensure Contract Compliance: Ensure both clients and the company adhere to contract terms.
- Bachelor's Degree: 7+ years of experience within the healthcare industry.
- Proven Expertise: Proven expertise and demonstrated success in driving revenue growth, exceeding sales targets, and relationship management.
- Strong Relationship Building: Strong ability to develop and maintain relationships with C-suite executives.
- Time Management: Ability to multi-task and work under tight deadlines.
- Predictive Analytics: Experience with predictive analytics, machine learning, or AI is a plus.

Pay Transparency- Target Salary Range: $135,000 - $170,000 plus bonus and commission.
- Base Pay: Base pay offered may vary within the posted range based on several factors, including but not limited to education, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
