Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee compliance with contractual obligations related to customer spending, incentives, inventory management, pricing strategies, and key performance indicators at the Strategic Accounts level.
  • Conduct data analysis and reporting for multiple strategic clients, focusing on enhancing sales trends, delivery performance, and overall account efficiency.
  • Collaborate with Strategic Account Managers to facilitate training and implementation of compliance processes at both service center and customer levels.
  • Address inquiries regarding contract details from both internal teams and external clients, ensuring clarity and compliance.
  • Analyze and compile results and KPIs associated with Strategic Account contracts, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders as required.
  • Mentor and guide team members who support contractual obligations for Strategic Account customers.
  • Maintain professionalism during high-level meetings with customers and internal stakeholders, which may involve travel.
  • Participate in joint visits with sales teams to address quality and compliance issues as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Minimum of three years of experience in sales, customer service, or operations management.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in fields such as engineering, business management, finance, or accounting.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence stakeholders effectively.
  • Exceptional analytical and organizational skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to foster collaborative relationships and conduct effective meetings.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel; familiarity with MS Project and Power BI is advantageous.
  • Experience with project management and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Understanding of contracts and legal documentation is beneficial.
  • Bilingual proficiency in French and English is a plus.

Working Conditions:

  • This position offers flexibility in terms of location, with opportunities for remote work.
  • Occasional travel may be required within North America.

Compensation for this role will be commensurate with experience and skill set.
