O'Regan's Automotive Group is a leading automotive dealer in Canada, committed to providing exceptional customer service and sales experiences.

About the Role

We are currently seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our team. This role is responsible for managing the customer experience from initial contact to appointment stage of our proven sales process.

The successful candidate will assist customers by answering general questions about vehicles and booking express appointments for O'Regan's sales departments.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Interact with customers via telephone and email to gather information and book appointments
  • Gather preliminary details on potential customer trade-in vehicles
  • Check inventory availability and book test drives
  • Maintain accurate and thorough customer database records
  • Conduct follow-up interactions with customers as needed
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong aptitude for customer service and building rapport
  • Experience in sales or call centre environments considered an asset
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Technological savviness, including proficiency in Windows 10 and Google Chrome
