Are you passionate about cars and driven by success? We are seeking an enthusiastic Automotive Sales Consultant to join our sales team. As a key member of our dealership, you will play a vital role in assisting customers through their car-buying journey, from initial inquiry to vehicle delivery. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional service while guiding customers in selecting the perfect vehicle to meet their needs and preferences.

**Responsibilities**:

- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner to understand their automotive needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our vehicle inventory, including features, specifications, and pricing options.
- Conduct test drives and showcase vehicle capabilities to highlight their value and performance.
- Collaborate with customers to identify suitable financing options, explaining terms and conditions clearly and transparently.
- Negotiate sales agreements effectively, striving to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes for customers and the dealership.
- Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or questions.
- Stay informed about industry trends, product updates, and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge.
- Uphold high standards of integrity, honesty, and professionalism in all interactions.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in automotive sales or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities, with a customer-centric approach to sales.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and goals.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment and work effectively as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
