Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team at Dairy Queen. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, supervising staff, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate and improve daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity
- Monitor and coach staff performance to meet high standards
- Plan and organize daily tasks and schedules to meet business needs
- Supervise and train staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to excel in their roles
- Conduct regular performance reviews to identify areas for improvement
- Organize and maintain inventory to ensure adequate stock levels
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Provide exceptional customer service to drive sales and customer loyalty
- Balance cash and record sales accurately and efficiently
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field
- Equivalent experience may be considered
This role is based in an urban area, and public transportation is available. The work environment is fast-paced, and you will be required to work under pressure to meet deadlines and targets.
