Job Description

Cloud Networking Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Networking Support Specialist to join our team at Intello Technologies Inc. As a key member of our cloud support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support for our cloud-based networking solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resolve complex technical issues related to cloud networking, including network configuration, troubleshooting, and optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain cloud-based networking solutions.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, knowledge base articles, and training materials to support cloud networking solutions.
  • Provide expert-level technical support to customers, including phone, email, and online support.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest cloud networking technologies, trends, and best practices.
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of cloud networking concepts, including virtual networking, load balancing, and security.
  • Experience with cloud-based networking solutions, including AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform.
  • Proficiency in Linux, Windows, and other operating systems.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Cloud certification, such as AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner or Google Cloud Certified - Professional Cloud Developer.
  • Experience with cloud-based security solutions, including firewalls, VPNs, and access controls.
  • Knowledge of cloud-based monitoring and logging tools, including CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, and Google Cloud Logging.
  • Experience with cloud-based automation tools, including Ansible, Terraform, and CloudFormation.
