Cloud Network Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Network Support Specialist to join our team at Intello Technologies Inc. This role will provide technical customer support for Google Cloud Platform products and solutions, including networking and related services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Resolve client technical issues related to cloud networking
  • Help companies create applications and programs using cloud infrastructure
  • Strong understanding of Linux system and Windows server administration
  • Strong knowledge of networking concepts, including NAT, DNS, firewalls, routing, load balancing, etc.
  • Familiarity with network troubleshooting tools, such as ping, netstat, traceroute, dig, route, and package analyzers like TCPDump
  • Must be proficient in Oral and Written English language to interact with the customer base
  • Proficiency in French speaking and writing is an asset
  • College diploma in Computer Science or 2 years of equivalent experience
  • Familiarity with VPN and Virtual Private Clouds
  • Experience with virtual machines, automation scripting, and web and mail protocols
