Job Summary:

Intello Technologies Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Cloud Networking Support Specialist to join our team. As a Cloud Networking Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our clients on Google Cloud Platform products and solutions, including networking and related services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and assistance to clients on Google Cloud Platform products and solutions, including networking and related services.
  • Work in a blended call center environment, providing real-time technical assistance and networking support over the phone and via online communications.
  • Resolve client technical issues related to networking, Linux system administration, and Windows server administration.
  • Help companies create their applications and programs using Google Cloud Platform services.
  • Strong understanding of Linux system administration, Windows server administration, and networking concepts, including NAT, DNS, firewalls, routing, load balancing, etc.
  • Strong knowledge of network troubleshooting tools, including ping, netstat, traceroute/tracert/mtr, dig, route, package analyzer like TCPDump, etc.
  • Familiarity with troubleshooting Linux performance (CPU, memory, I/O) and common Linux troubleshooting tools (vmstat, iostat, lsof, strace, etc.).
  • Proficient in Oral and Written English language to interact with the customer base.
  • Proficiency in French speaking and writing is an asset.
  • College diploma in Computer Science or 2 years of equivalent experience.
  • Familiarity with VPN and Virtual Private Clouds.
  • Experience with virtual machines (Google Compute Engine, VMware, Amazon EC2, etc.).
  • Experience with automation scripting.
  • Familiarity with web and mail protocols (TLS, SMTP, etc.).
