Your Key Responsibilities
  • Resolve complex technical issues for clients
  • Collaborate with engineers and product managers to improve products and services
  • Develop and implement effective solutions to meet client needs
  • Provide training and support to clients
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends
What We're Looking For
  • Strong understanding of Linux system administration and Windows server administration
  • Excellent knowledge of networking concepts, including NAT, DNS, firewalls, routing, and load balancing
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex network issues using various tools and techniques
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
