About the Job

The Bilingual Human Resources Manager will be based in Mississauga and report to the Vice President of Human Resources. The incumbent will provide internal consulting and support for Human Resources initiatives and objectives, focusing on talent management, organizational effectiveness, employee relations, and administration of compensation and benefits.

The Bilingual Human Resources Manager will also act as an advisor and business partner to management staff, conducting investigations, managing employment-related legal files, and developing training programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct investigations and manage employment-related legal files
  • Develop and conduct training programs for managers and employees
  • Manage the implementation of HR initiatives, policies, and procedures
  • Administer collective bargaining agreement clauses and general union issues
  • Responsible for the negotiation of the collective agreement
  • Work on special projects as assigned
Requirements:
  • Experience working as an HR generalist or manager
  • Ability to speak, read, and write in both French and English
  • Experience working with SAP SuccessFactors and P&L
  • Experience in the manufacturing or distribution industry
  • CHRL certification or in progress
  • University degree or college diploma
