Job Overview

V-Soft Consulting Canada Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Recruitment Officer to join our team. As a key member of our human resources department, you will play a crucial role in attracting, selecting, and hiring top talent for our organization.

Salary

The estimated annual salary for this position is $70,000 - $90,000 CAD, based on industry standards and location.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer staff consultation and grievance procedures to ensure a fair and equitable work environment.
  • Identify current and prospective staffing requirements by analyzing business needs and industry trends.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders, including employees, management, and HR teams.
  • Prepare and post job notices and advertisements to attract qualified candidates.
  • Collect, screen, and shortlist applicants to ensure the best fit for our organization.
  • Advise job applicants on employment requirements, terms, and conditions, ensuring transparency and compliance.
  • Review candidate inventories and create a robust pipeline of potential hires.
  • Contact potential applicants to arrange interviews, building strong relationships and rapport.
  • Recruit graduates from colleges, universities, and other educational institutions to tap into fresh talent.
  • Coordinate and participate in selection and examination boards to evaluate candidates objectively.
  • Notify applicants of results and prepare job offers, ensuring timely communication and follow-up.
  • Advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures, promoting best practices and compliance.
  • Negotiate settlements of appeals and disputes, maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
  • Determine eligibility for entitlements and arrange staff training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

  • Proficiency in MS Windows and human resources software to manage recruitment processes efficiently.
