The role of a Human Resources Consultant at Flynn Canada Ltd. involves providing strategic guidance on human resources policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will have a degree in a related field and 2 years of experience in human resources. Responsibilities include planning and implementing HR programs, establishing policies and procedures, and recruiting and hiring staff. Additionally, the successful candidate will have expertise in MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Windows, as well as knowledge of information technology.
