Job Title: Human Resources Coordinator

At Victorem Group, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to support our HR team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the activities of the HR department to ensure they meet the organization's goals. This is a unique opportunity to develop your skills in human resources, budget planning, and data analysis.

### Responsibilities

- Coordinate the flow of information within the team
- Plan and control budget and expenditures
- Review HR projects to assure compliance with laws and regulations
- Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
- Plan, develop, and implement recruitment strategies
- Manage contracts
- Oversee the analysis of employee data and information
- Compile data, statistics, and other information
- Oversee the preparation of reports
- Advise senior management
- Recruit and hire workers and carry out related staffing actions
- Maintain and manage digital database
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks
- Supervise office and volunteer staff

### Requirements

- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience
- Permanent employment
- English as the primary language of work
- 37.5 hours per week
